You have two tasks during Part 4. These tasks are:
You should review the Practice Structure immediately as you will need to start planning your practice for the week. If you are unsure of the Supta Padangusthasana cycle the stick figures have been provided here. After each practice make sure you record your practice in the practice log template provided. Submit your practice logs for Part 4 via Yoga Vidya by Tuesday of Week 9.
As well as following the Practice Structure, an audio recording of a Yoga Mandir class is provided which you can follow along to. You can follow this recording at any time during weeks 7 & 8. Make sure you record this sequence, as well as the sequences from any other classes you attend in your practice log. If you are attending a led practice at Yoga Mandir or at another Yoga school you should also record this sequence within your log.
You can complete the activity ‘Understanding the Gunas’ at any time during Weeks 7 and 8.
