IS-01 Introducing Sadhana
Introducing Sadhana (practice) is a 10 week independent practice program for students with Iyengar Yoga experience wishing to establish a home practice and requires a commitment to a regular practice of between 15-30 minutes per day as well as the reading and study material provided.
SP-01 Sadhaka Program Unit 1
The Sadhaka Program is a one year program designed for experienced students who are looking to deepen their understanding of yoga and to develop their practice of yoga away from the classroom. With a focus on Abhyasa/ Vairagya (action and dispassion) Unit 1 (of 4 units) is a 10 week program of study.

PPR-00 Pranayama. On the mat
This free subject provides and introduction to Pranayama and an experience of Yoga Vidya subjects. It is presented in the Learn/ study/ practice modes where a student can gain basic techniques, expand their understanding through articles, book extracts, video and audio clips and apply these within practice. Access is for 1 month and the subject can be enrolled more than once.
SP-02 Sadhaka Program Unit 2
The Sadhaka Program is a one year program designed for experienced students who are looking to deepen their understanding of yoga and to develop their practice of yoga away from the classroom. With a focus on Kriyayoga and the Kosas Unit 2 (of 4 units) is a 10 week program of study.
SP-04 Sadhaka Program Unit 4
Unit 4 of the Year long Sadhaka Program is titled ethical practice. With a focus on Ashtanga Yoga Unit 4 (of 4 units) is a 10 week program of study that completes full program
SP-03 Sadhaka Program Unit 3
Unit 3 of the year long Sadhak program has a focus on Knowledge from experience and the grades of Sadhaka. Unit 3 (of 4 units) is a 10 week program of study.

LHP-Antarayas Intensive
Antarayas Intensive focuses on removing obstacles to practice. It is a four-week long quest, five days a week, with a taught class in the morning and an evening led practice. The intensive covers four levels of the Yoga Mandir syllabus: Foundation, Developing, Established and Mature. Students may attend any, or all, of the four weeks.
