Set up your practice space and allocate the time.
- If you divide the sequence into sections, add savasana at the end of each section session.
- Aim to complete the sequence in one week.
- Review if this setup works for you regularly, repeat what you’ve practised this week in the following week.
- Over time, you could expand your practice sessions in two directions: add further regular 30-minute time slots on more days, up to 6 days a week, and extend practice times to 40 minutes, 50 minutes or 60 minutes on some days.
