following practice sessions. Jot down a few notes about this practice as a
review/reflection, for example:
- Did you subdivide the practice into several shorter sessions or complete the practice in one session?
- Did you start the practice/s at the allocated start time/s? Did you finish on time?
- What was easy, what was hard in the practice?
- Did you get distracted, when and why?
- Have you established your weekly routine? What is it: are you keeping a record of it? How easy is it to maintain?
