subdivide the practice into several shorter sessions or complete the practice
in one session?
- Did you start
the practice/s at the allocated start time/s? Did you finish on time?
- What was easy,
what was hard in the practice?
- Did you get
distracted, when and why?
- Will you
repeat the practice throughout the week or move to the next sequence? If so,
write down the additional date/s when you practise.
