During Part 4 your practice has focused on the restoratives. While practicing the restorative poses and holding the Asana in a timing you may have noticed how the experience of the Asana changes. Perhaps at first you feel that the pose is quite comfortable and that you want to stay, and then as the timing progresses you notice that you feel ready to come out, but then as you stay perhaps this feeling subsides. Sensations may rise up within the body, but again these sensations may subside over time.
